Taking advantage of the intra-Group synergies, Amïot and Moine were integrated into Goïot , which brought precious additional expertise in travelers, rigging and marine glazing.

The merger achieved with Accastillage Bernard Atlantique production site in 2005 enabled Goïot to reinforce its product offering in stainless steel engineering and to become the “metal expert unit” in the Group.
